There were 15 people in my workshop: 4 Italians, 3 Japanese, 1 Brazilian, 1 Canadian, 1 guy from Saudi Arabia, and 5 Americans. It's really good for language practice and makes for interesting discussion in general. The Italians are really lazy about work and laid back in comparison to the rest of us. The Brazilian guy has an awesome weightlifter's body, but hates manual labor and keeps everything clean instead (mops, vacuums, etc.). The Saudi Arabian is a pretty nice guy but has his own religious logic that frames every discussion and makes him kind of frustrating to talk to.

My daily schedule: wake up at 5:30 am, 6-10:00, swim/sleep/read with lunch at 12, work 3-5:30, eat at 6, sleep around 8/9. We'll be getting up later as sunrise gets later. Most of the others in my group are in Construction, which starts at 6:30 and finishes around 3. Everyone on site starts really early to avoid the heat.

Here are some Pictures:

A petroglyph of, probably, a goat: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b228/zsms/IMG_2862.jpg
If anyone is particularly interested in petroglyphs, I've got a couple dozen pics so I can post/send more.

An ok pic of some of the rooms of a pueblo ruin in the area: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b228/zsms/IMG_2868.jpg

Some of the burned out area with a mountain I want to climb. The burning ended in June and we've had a lot of rain so it's recovering fast: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b228/zsms/IMG_2870.jpg

Here's a moonset a few weeks ago with arcosanti and part of the hill up to it from where I'm sleeping: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b228/zsms/IMG_2871.jpg
